Calling prospective supporters abroad, internationally

Former Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson critically supported Canada's vital role in international affairs, that pursuant to his representation, would be vitally supported by the affirmation of Canadian independence.

Lester B. Pearson had won the Nobel Peace Prize. He championed the Maple Leaf as the National Flag of Canada, to replace Canada's British colonial Red Ensign Flag.

The Maple Leaf Canadian Flag would symbolize Canada's progressive image and commitment to upholding "constructive internationalism".

Cosmopolitan is concerned about the decline of Canada's role in international affairs due to a corresponding decline in Canadian cultural, economic, and political sovereignty.
